Our Story

Our company was originally set up in 1960, by Philip Agius. At the time, the company’s main aim was that of carrying out a number of general contracting services, however it mostly focused on excavation and material transportation.

In 1981, a Limited Liability Company was formed – the present Philip Agius & Sons Ltd. Over the years, we broadened our horizons and ventured into other sectors, such as building construction, civil engineering and concrete production.

Our Achievements

Thanks to our hard work and efficiency, we have achieved a number of goals. Philip Agius & Sons evolved into a self-sustainable company that handles almost each and every project it is commissioned to work on – without resorting to subcontracting. Over the years, we have invested in human resources, plants and machinery – investments which have helped us pave the way to the impeccable reputation we have today.

Philip Agius & Sons Today

Mario Agius, the eldest of Philip Agius’ children, holds the position of Company Chairman. His three brothers all serve as Company Directors. Philip Agius & Sons employs a workforce of around thirty-five individuals and has established itself as an excellent supplier and provider of construction works.
